Consultation Information

TMS Provider/Clinic Consultation Packages

Incorporating TMS into your practice, or starting a TMS clinic can be an exciting yet complex undertaking.  After 5 years, we have learned the value of experience and knowledge in this new and growing field, and are now able to offer consultation packages.  Below are a list of the common packages and requests we have received from providers in search of support and guidance related to how one can create a safe, supportive, and successful TMS practice.  If you have any questions about our consultation services, please contact us at 206-535-6292, or contact our clinical director via email at info@pacificcns.com

TMS Consultation Packages

  1. Basic TMS Consultation Package: Brainsway H1 Coil Demonstration and Discussion with MD and/or TMS Clinician
    1. Pacific CNS will arrange and provide observation of Brainsway trained TMS clinician delivering 1-2 full TMS session(s) to authorizing TMS patient(s).
    2. Discussion with TMS clinician or MD after TMS session.
    3. Session length varies depending on protocol (30 minutes to 1 hour), and discussion of 1 hour.
  2. Standard TMS Consultation Package: Brainsway H1 Coil Demonstration and Discussion with MD and Clinician, Half-Day
    1. Pacific CNS will arrange and provide observation of Brainsway trained TMS Clinician delivering 3-6 full TMS sessions to authorizing TMS patients.
    2. Discussion with TMS Clinician
    3. Discussion with TMS prescriber for Q&A (1-2 hour meeting)
  3. Plus TMS Consultation Package: Brainsway H1 Coil Demonstration and Discussion with MD and Technician, Full-Day: TMS treatment & TMS Office Management/Administration
    1. Pacific CNS will arrange and provide observation of Brainsway trained TMS technician delivering 6-8 TMS session(s) to authorizing TMS patients.
    2. Discussion with TMS Clinician
    3. Discussion with TMS MD (1-2 hour meeting): use this to answer questions about initial TMS consultation process, referrals, assessments, coordination of care, etc.
    4. Discussion with Clinical Director about clinical and administrative office management, billing, insurance, coordination of care, TMS protocols, patient screening process, time management, etc.
    5. Access to clinical and administrative forms
  4. Pro TMS Consultation Package: Brainsway H1 Coil Demonstration and Discussion with MD and TMS Clinician, 2-Days: TMS treatment & TMS Office Management/Administration
    1. Pacific CNS will arrange and provide observation of Brainsway trained TMS Clinician delivering 6-8 TMS session(s) to authorizing TMS patients.
    2. Discussion with TMS Clinician
    3. Discussion with TMS MD (1-2 hour meeting): use this to answer questions about initial TMS consultation process, referrals, assessments, coordination of care, etc.
    4. Discussion with Clinic Director about clinical and administrative office management, billing, insurance, coordination of care, patient screening process, TMS protocols, time management, etc.
    5. Access to clinical and administrative forms
    6. Access to clinic for questions via email or telephone conference for up to 3 months post consultation.
 
Please Note:
**Requests for specific protocol observations may be requested and scheduled depending on patient availability.  We currently run the standard FDA depression protocol, and off label protocols related to anxiety, movement disorders, tinnitus, and pain, with our H1 coil.
***Due to smaller treatment office space, the observation limit is two clinicians during patient sessions.  We can have larger groups observe with clinic volunteers per request.
